2007
Founded in Central Texas
In 2007, we started a construction company out of Austin as a registered Builder with Texas Residential Construction Commission. We’ve built a lot here in Texas, it’s a real accomplishment to drive by old jobs and smile.
2012
First Shipping Container
We unveiled our first shipping container home made with fun and a vision of the future, setting a new standard for compact living with its efficient use of space and strong materials. We knew less space made with high quality and minimalism is the future for many.
2017
Expansion into Bunkers and Basements
Recognizing the growing demand for secure, durable, smaller, and efficient living spaces hidden below ground, we moved our offerings to underground spaces including bunkers and basements.
